All pieces are made by hand and made-to-order. Please allow 2-4 weeks for fulfillment. If you need a piece by a particular date, please contact Hilary at email@example.com and she will do her best to accommodate your request.
You will receive a notification with the tracking number when your order ships. Please have your pieces shipped to a secure and safe address. Hilary is not responsible for lost packages that have been marked as delivered.
International shipping options are included in the shipping details section upon checkout. Any customs, import duty charges, or carrier handling fees are solely the responsibility of the customer. For information about potential charges, contact your local customs office. Hilary cannot guarantee date of delivery due to the customs process.
Hilary primarily uses USPS Priority Delivery and insures all packages valued over $200 for the full value of the item. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Please contact Hilary immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if you feel there is a problem with your order. If you find that a piece is defective, all items are subject to a strict 10-day return policy and must be in new condition with the original packaging.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The buyer is responsible for securely shipping the item along with the original packaging, including insurance and tracking for the total cost of the item(s). Hilary cannot offer refunds for any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts due to actions of the buyer, or items returned more than 10 days after receipt.
Refunds and Repairs
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, Hilary will send you a notification email letting you know she has received the item. If requested, Hilary will repair the defective item and return it to you. Hilary has the right to deny a return if the returned item(s) are not in original condition or do not meet her quality standards. If the return is accepted, Hilary will refund the entire purchase plus original shipping costs as long as the piece is returned unworn within 10 days of receipt.
To have your ring sized accurately, Hilary suggests going to a jewelry store. Fingers do change size throughout the day and with different weather, so getting an average ring size is ideal.
Some rings are not able to be resized due to the fabrication method. Please have your correct ring size upon ordering. All resizing will incur a charge depending upon complexity of the design. Please contact Hilary immediately at email@example.com if your ring is too large or small.
If you’d like to request a repair, contact Hilary at firstname.lastname@example.org. Hilary will generally repair jewelry for no charge within 6 months of purchase as long as it is deemed normal wear and tear. After 6 months, a charge will apply based upon the complexity of the repair.

When not being worn, store jewelry in a small ziplock bag, if possible, or a closed jewelry box to avoid tarnish. Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising or applying any moisturizers or fragrances.
To clean your non-patina treated jewelry, soak your jewelry in warm soapy water for a few minutes before rubbing gently with a soft toothbrush.
For beryl green patina-treated items, avoid contact with water and excessive finger prints. These items are sealed, but the patina can still wear away with excessive rubbing or if in contact with water.
If the quality of a patina or oxidation is reduced over time due to normal wear and tear, Hilary will re-patina/re-oxidize the piece free of charge. If the quality of a patina or oxidation is reduced due to avoidable actions, Hilary may charge a small fee if necessary. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Hilary will never share your private information with anyone.
All packages come in tissue wrapping and a branded box. Hilary will include a handwritten gift message with your order upon request. Please fill out the ‘Gift Message’ form at checkout and she will include it with your order. All pricing information will be kept out of the box for packages with gift messages.
Hilary does not currently offer gift cards, but please contact her at email@example.com to make arrangements for a coupon or discount code that can be applied to a single order.
