CAPTURED

Every Captured® piece starts with a stone that was thoughtfully selected for its color, shape, texture, and uniqueness. Boulder opal still fused to its ironstone host, dendritic agate holding a fern garden of manganese, turquoise in unending arrays of blue. The setting is built around it: gold or silver formed by hand into a frame, the stones secured with a crossbar and ball rivets.

The lines come from architecture. Art Deco, Brutalism, Modernism. Nothing solely decorative; every bar and rivet has a purpose. No two pieces repeat, because no two stones do. Each piece is made once, by hand, at the HFJ bench in San Francisco.
