About the Designer
Over her two decades in jewelry, Hilary has developed a distinct and engaging style. Each piece of handmade jewelry is a future heirloom. Hilary’s Captured and Hand Hammered collections are organic in nature and unique in design.
With several years of studies and practice in the Metalsmithing and Jewelry Design program at Colorado State University, Hilary has built upon her training with a career-long exploration of craft and technique.
An active figure in the jewelry community, Hilary has taught jewelry and metalsmithing classes at the Palo Alto Art Center in California and the Silvermine Art Center in Connecticut. A San Francisco resident of some twenty years, Hilary is currently president of the Metal Arts Guild, helping to champion and support Bay Area metal artists and jewelers.
