Old mine cuts are antique diamonds that were hand cut between the early 18th century to the late 19th century. They are distinctive in that they have a squarish cushion cut rather than a round cut like old European or modern brilliant cuts. Each old mine cut is unique and has its own personality.
This pendant features a 0.85 carat old mine brilliant cut diamond with color L, clarity VS2, very good polish, fair symmetry, and strong blue fluorescence. It is accompanied by GIA report number 2215095449.
