About the stone: Chrysoprase

The most valuable of the chalcedonies: apple green, colored by nickel, opaque enough to read as pure color, translucent enough to add intrigue. Australia's Marlborough fields set today's standard. The green is even, saturated, and needs no facets to hold a room. Fresh without trying.

Care
Chrysoprase can be safely cleaned with a soft cloth and mild, soapy warm water. Avoid hot water, harsh chemicals, steam, and ultrasonic cleaners. Dry thoroughly after cleaning.
